The Challenge

Aratek’s existing website struggled to communicate the breadth of its product offering. A dense and unclear hierarchy made it difficult for users to understand how products related to one another or which solution best suited their needs, particularly in a highly competitive and technically demanding industry.

Product Finder

To keep products accessible at all times, we designed and built a persistent Product Finder. This fixed interface allows users to browse the full catalogue from anywhere on the site, reducing friction and supporting both high-level exploration and targeted product discovery.

Product Architecture

We restructured Aratek’s entire product ecosystem into four clear product categories, each supported by logical subcategories and individual product pages. This structure allows users to quickly orient themselves, compare solutions, and move confidently towards enquiry.

Visual Language

Using Aratek’s existing logo and brand colours, we developed a cohesive visual system that feels corporate, credible and forward-looking. Custom iconography reinforces ideas of security and verification, while flowing background patterns subtly reference fingerprint ridges and biometric scanning behaviour.

Motion & Interaction

Animation was used deliberately to communicate meaning rather than decoration. A symbolic lock animation on the homepage reinforces themes of security and trust, while subtle interface motion adds clarity and polish without distracting from the content.

Information Design

Biometric technology is inherently information-dense. We introduced structured layouts, tabbed content, dropdowns and on-page navigation to make technical detail easier to digest. On product pages, key information remains fixed as users scroll, ensuring critical details are always visible and easy to compare.

Global Readiness & Build

To support Aratek’s international audience, downloadable resources automatically adjust language based on browser settings. The site was designed and developed in Webflow, enabling performance, scalability and ongoing content management without compromising design quality.
